The Project

Stellar Logix is a third-party logistics (3PL) fulfillment company that owns and operates warehouses, handling e-commerce order processing, inventory management, shipping, and returns for D2C and B2B brands.

The Challenge

Growing e-commerce clients needed a unified platform to sync online store orders, track inventory in real time, manage lot-level stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), and scale fulfillment volume without sacrificing accuracy — while integrating with marketplaces like Amazon.

The Solution

Built the core STELLAR LOGIX platform with NestJS microservices and a Remix client portal on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), backed by PostgreSQL and Redis.

Order Fulfillment — D2C and B2B/wholesale order pipelines with pick-pack-ship workflows, returns management, and end-to-end order visibility from placement to delivery.

Inventory Management — Real-time stock levels across sales channels, lot tracking, temperature-controlled cold-chain support, and smart rotation rules to keep products fresh.

Integrations — Amazon SP-API compliance, metered billing for usage-based pricing, and seamless store sync so clients focus on growth while logistics run in the background.

Impact

The platform reduced processing time by 40% and boosted inventory accuracy to 95%, giving clients a single source of truth for fulfillment operations with dedicated on-site support and scalable warehouse infrastructure.
